From our beginnings, Moffat & Riley have been deeply committed to delivering high quality works for social housing projects. Our Directors, Andrew and Alastair have been involved with working in the social housing sector since the start of their careers, and continue to ensure that delivering high quality works, with safety, awareness and flexibility, remains a priority.

We have an established, trusted relationship with Great Places Housing Group, as well as previous experience with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, CityWest/For Works and Six Town Housing. We are proud to have developed and grown this part of our business, streamlining our processes and procedures to suit the demands of this sector.

We provide a sensitive and tailored service for the customers of our social housing clients – who are often those who have particularly challenging needs, require additional support during the works and need additional care and attention. We employ a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to provide particular support to those who need it and to liaise with our clients regarding meeting those needs.

Our flexible approach designs the project around the individual requirements of each and every resident to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and supported whilst works are carried out. We find it’s the small details in planning jobs that make the biggest difference.
